The CTMACH CTS75 3" x 79" 2-Wheel Metal Belt Grinder/Sander is made specially for metal workers. It uses 79" sanding belts that resist heating up, even with a surface speed of 34mm/sec. The sanding head tilts from 0°––30° to suit the job at hand. Sand against the rubber contact wheel using the supplied work rest or sand flat surfaces against the 3" x 20-1/2" graphite-backed platen. Covers are supplied with the machine to expose only the part of the sander you want to use. The spark trap picks up the grindings at one end of the machine and the other end is supplied with a 4" part so you can connect your approved collection device. Belt adjustments are easy with use of the single knob tracking adjustment.

CTMACH CT6025B machine tool is suitable for high-speed steel, carbide or other materials, and is also easy to grind external circles, flat grooves and forming surfaces. If equipped with special accessories, it can also grind various gears, worm hobs, forming cutters, ball-end milling cutters, drill bits, reamer cones, etc. The grinding wheel frame of this machine tool is flexible and can be adjusted in two dimensions. The working head can be rotated in both directions. The 50-number taper hole is in line with international standards, which is convenient for installing various tool fixtures. The workbench is supported on a pre-tightened ball guide rail, and the operation is stable and accurate. The workbench can be driven manually or with stepless speed regulation hydraulic drive.
